Q: WHERE ARE YOU LOCATED?

A: The boats are located at 1 Jefferson Avenue. We are on the Maumee River in Toledo, Ohio. Please check your ticket confirmation for an image of what our dock looks like from Summit St. You can also click “GETTING  HERE” above for more information.

Q: WHERE CAN WE PARK?

A: We recommend the Promedica Parking Garage after 4:30 PM Monday through Friday. Parking is open for the public on the weekends. You can also utilize the parking garage at 215 N. Summit Street across from Promedica. There may be a fee for both. We are not responsible for parking and fees accrued for parking.

Q: WHY CAN WE NOT PARK IN THE OPEN LOT BY THE BOATS?

A: Previously, this was public parking. Now this lot is owned by Fort Industry Square. They do tow vehicles from this lot at the cost of the owner.

Q: ARE THERE BATHROOMS ON THE BOAT?

A: Yes. The Sandpiper and The Glass City Pearl both have restrooms.

Q: CAN I BRING MY PET?

A: Yes. As long as it is a non-aggressive breed and well trained. You are responsible for bringing all needed necessities and cleaning supplies for your animal. Cleaning fee may apply. Aggressive breeds include: rottweiler, cane corso, pit bull terrier, huskies, doberman pinscher, chow chow, and akitas.

Q: DO THE BOATS HAVE HEAT AND/OR AIR CONDITIONING?

A: The Sandpiper is an open air vessel and has no heat or air conditioning. The Glass City Pearl does have heat in the salon.
